  • Receive and process intelligence such as reports or complaints about crime or traffic hotspots (not Crime Stoppers related);
  • Provide information regarding police services or statutory obligations such as reporting motor vehicle accidents, license requirements etc.
  • Refer callers to appropriate Agencies.
    e.g. local, state or commonwealth; councils, Motor Registration, Environmental Protection Agency.
