Be aware of what is happening on the driveway, such as people using outside pumps when others are free. |
| Line of Sight: |
Keep the line of sight across the driveway clear. |
| Eye contact: |
Try to make eye contact with customers before authorising the pump. |
| Registration Number: |
Write down registration numbers of vehicles and cross them off when the customer pays. |
| Telephone: |
Call the police on 131 444 immediately when a drive-off occurs. Complete all sections of the petrol drive-off form and refer to the reporting instructions if you're not sure. |
